Conference Fees

The conference fees that include the registration fee, accommodation, meals, welcome party, symposium dinner, historical tours, and concerts on board are 1250 Euros / 1350 $US (1150 Euros / 1250 $US if paid before May 1, 2017) for participants and 750 Euros / 810 $US for accompanying persons.
Students will be accorded a reduced conference fee of 800 Euros / 860 $US.

Deadline for paying conference fees –  01 June, 2017

*Children under 18 are not accepted for lack of child care facilities.
Participants are expected to secure conference fees and travel funding independently.
