The organizers of NWP-2014 thank all the participants for their interesting scientific
contributions and other conference activities.
The Symposium featured three parallel Topical Conferences:
- NWP-1: Nonlinear Dynamics on Complex Networks
- NWP-2: Lasers with High Peak and High Average Power
- NWP-3: Nonlinear Phenomena in Geophysics
the workshop “Utra-high Fields in Plasmas: New Models, High Performance Simulations
and Experiments”, and the Laser School for Young Scientists.
178 participants from 15 countries attended the Symposium. These include scientists from
China, France, Germany, Hong-Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Romania, Russia,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the USA.
10 plenary talks, 48 invited talks, 46 contributed papers, and 27 poster papers were presented.
9 lectures on the laser physics, its state-of-the-art and recent advance were read to the participants of the Young Scientists School, who also attended the plenary and topical sessions and presented their results at the poster session.
We hope that the participants found the scientific program interesting and useful and enjoyed the other conference events and look forward to see you all at our next meeting.
