HOW TO GET TO THE BOAT
River passenger terminal

On August 2 transfer to the boat"Zhukov" will be organized as follows:
A minibus from metro station "Proletarskaya" to the boat will be available from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
A bus will pick up participants at the hotel "St.Petersburg" at 10:30 am and at the hotel "Admiralteiskaya" at 11:00 am.
A bus will be waiting for participants at the airport Pulkovo-2 at 3:00 pm and at 5:00 pm.

The center of the city is connected with the River passenger terminal by direct metro line:
One can start at the metro stations Nevsky Prospekt, Gostinyi Dvor, Moscow Railway Station and go as far as Proletarskaya metro station.
There is no direct bus or metro service from the St.Petersburg Pulkovo Airport to the River passenger terminal.
Visitors are advised either to take a taxi or a bus+ metro.

Public Transportation System
Above-ground transportation
Operates from 6.00 to 24.00. Fare is collected through the sale of special tickets. One ticket (for a single one-way trip) costs from 10 to 15 rbls., it can be obtained right in the vehicle from conductors.
Charter taxies (buses, mini-buses) circulate along all main routes - as a rule, 7.00 - 22.00.
The Metro System
The Metro operates from 5.45 to 24.00. Line transfers stop at 0.10. The fare is 10.00 rbls., paid by special tokens or by magnetic cards available at all Metro stations.
Taxies
Taxies can be recognized by the checkered stripes and the letter T on the car door, or the highlighted sign Taxi on the roof.

AFTER CLOSING OF THE SYMPOSIUM
The participants departing in the evening of Aug. 9 may
stay on board till midnight of Aug. 9. Lunch and dinner will be provided.
If you are going to
stay in Nizhny Novgorod longer, a hotel will be
reserved for you on your request.
There are several ways to get to the place of
your destination from Nizny Novgorod:
by a direct flight from Nizny Novgorod (by Lufthansa)
through St.Petersburg (by overnignt train)
through Moscow (by overnignt train).
The Moscow and Saint-Petersburg International Airports
are served by many air companies. In particular,
Lufthansa makes three flights from Saint-Petersburg to
Frankfurt daily.

Please bear in mind that the schedule for air and
railway transportation may slightly change in the summer.
